Getting Started | Our Process

  1. Before starting any project, Debbie will schedule a meeting to discuss the specific project at hand, your needs, and your timeline.
  2. Within 10 days or less depending upon the project, you’ll receive a proposal that includes objectives to alleviate the issue, and any applicable ongoing support that may be recommended.
  3. One meeting is all it takes! Solutions for HR and organization concerns should be fast, efficient and most important – thorough.
